We are looking for an energetic, trustworthy and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Leader. This individual must have a passion for cleaning and the ambition to provide exceptional quality work. This individual will be responsible for cleaning our Commercial and Residential properties. We are looking for a leader who is interested in being employed long term to grow and advance within our company! *** Cleaning experience is needed***

Job Benefits include:

• Starting pay of $17.00 per hour with plenty of room for pay increases based on performance and leadership skills.

Job Requirements include:

• Must have a passion for cleaning and the drive to provide exceptional quality work
• Must have cleaning experience

Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and your own transportation to drive to customers as needed.
• The ability to work individually or within groups at properties.
• If working in a team, this individual will be responsible for checking the quality of work at each location.
• Pay high attention to detail and takes pride in exceptional customer service!
• Must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must be in good physical condition to reach, bend and clean on hands and knees! The ability to lift and move items if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
