MUST HAVE SOLAR EXPERIENCE
- Manage day-to-day construction activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specs, and project schedules.
- Lead daily/weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors, engineering, QA/QC, and safety teams.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets.
- Review engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; provide field-level constructability guidance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of zero incidents.
- Conduct regular site inspections to confirm quality, productivity, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain documentation including daily reports, schedule updates, and progress photos.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
