Construction Manager

MUST HAVE SOLAR EXPERIENCE

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specs, and project schedules.
• Lead daily/weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors, engineering, QA/QC, and safety teams.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets.
• Review engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; provide field-level constructability guidance.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of zero incidents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to confirm quality, productivity, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain documentation including daily reports, schedule updates, and progress photos.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
