Position begins part-time with the ability to go up to full-time following The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to complete cleanings in an efficient manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with our valued clients.
- Gain and sharpen skills in specialty cleaning procedures.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies appropriately to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Previous leadership experience highly appreciated.
- Background in customer service related fields.
- Familiarity with different cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
