Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties according to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a clean environment.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with your team leader and owner.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
