- Making chemical pickups throughout customer facility as directed.
- Conducting chemical bulking/consolidation as required.
- Packaging of chemical waste to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Ensuring work area is maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
- Participating in spill response on customer’s site as needed.
- Responsible for satellite accumulation management.
- Inspections on main accumulation areas weekly/monthly.
- Experience with adhesives, corrosives, flammable items and non-hazardous materials a must.
- Lab packing, gas cylinder management, universal waste management manifests, waste profiling.
- Scheduling shipments.
- Collects, segregates, and properly packages waste chemicals for disposal to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Physically demanding position; Must be able to lift as much as to 50 pounds.
- Will support after hours emergencies and routine tasks.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Hazardous waste experience a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
