As a Forklift/Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory data, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations.

What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
- Must be 18 years or older;
- 1 Years of related experience;
- Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required);
- Ability to use computer;
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds;

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities using WIN Central, Powersuite, and other systems
- Maintain accurate trailer and drum tracking data; scan storage areas and manage tracking gun downloads
- Print manifests, labels, and shipping papers (including TPOs for rejected materials)
- Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck documentation
- Input lab and tracking data into WIN
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and supply management
- Ensure compliance with all Clean Harbors SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
