Clean Getaway Express Tunnel Wash located at 4234 mahoney drive is now hiring for full and part-time car wash attendants.

Job Summary
Car wash attendants are responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility. Attendants are expected to deliver high levels of customer service, resolve service-related problems, drive sales, promote and abide by the high standards of Clean Getaway Express Tunnel Wash, and maintain regulatory and uphold safety standards.

Main Duties

Assist customers with menu options and payment. Maintain a friendly positive attitude and drive car wash sales with an out-going personality.

Prep and guide cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.

Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay.

Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and back room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly.

Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them daily as needed.

Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order.

Maintain the highest standards in cleanliness. Keep the wash site clean and organized.

Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.

Identify and resolve site issues and problems in a timely and positive manner.

Sustain effective constructive communication with customers, managers, co-workers, and vendors to enhance the performance and profitability of your sites team and to continue to grow our customer base.

Be responsible and proactive in your shift duties and responsibilities, be timely in your work ethic, treat all customers, managers, and fellow employees with dignity and respect and maintain an honest, friendly, and positive work environment for all.

Perform any other duties that are assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications

Have a passion for customer service with exceptional people skills and have a desire to excel.

Maintain a disciplined approach to your daily work duties and maintain company standards in personal appearance, work ethic, car wash and facility cleanliness and customer service.

Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.

Ability to lift items, bend and work on your feet for an 8-hour work shift.

Have a can-do and team building attitude in everything you do while working at the Clean Getaway site.
