What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in car wash management or retail is a huge plus, but if you’ve got the passion, we’ve got the training!
- Customer Service Enthusiast: You love creating memorable experiences for customers.
- Team Motivator: Strong leadership skills to inspire and drive your crew.
- Financially Savvy: Comfortable managing budgets, schedules, and tech-savvy (POS and spreadsheets, anyone?).
- Availability: Minimum of 45 hours a week, including weekends.
- Ready to Learn: Eager to grow with our support and training!
Your Role Will Include:
- Sales Leadership: Motivate your team to turn one-time customers into loyal unlimited members.
- Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the car wash, keeping everything on track.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a customer-centric squad.
- Customer Satisfaction: Uphold excellent service standards to drive repeat business.
- Safety & Efficiency: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational excellence.
