As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the efficiency of our front-end operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end area
- Support bussing activities as needed to keep the dining area tidy
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak service periods efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Experience:
- Prior experience in a quick-service fast-food restaurant is advantageous
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions and basic math calculations proficiently
- Knowledge of sanitization procedures and practices
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
