Clean Eatz in Augusta, GA is looking for part time team member join our team. This would be perfect for a High Schooler or someone only wanting to work 15-20 hours a week.

We are located at 630 Crane Creek Dr. Augusta, GA 30907. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Provide a welcoming experience by greeting guests, educating on Cafe menu, Grab N’ Go’s and weekly Meal Plans, keeping the guest experience in mind at all times
• Prevent guest dissatisfaction by ensuring that tickets are actioned in a timely manner and quality of food is high
• Recognize potential theft/loss situations and provide personal guest service to deter theft
• Assist in checking truck shipments for discrepancies/shortages
• Dust and clean shelves, counters, tables, fixtures, merchandise, and café equipment
• Organize backroom product, cash wrap back stock product, and café supplies
• Pick up and discard paper, packing material, and any other debris, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment
• Demonstrate the behaviors expected of all Clean Eatz Team Members, including a strong bias for action and high levels of maturity and professionalism, and commitments to a respectful workplace, and integrity
• Respond to guest concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously. Request management support as needed to ensure that every guest returns and recommends Clean Eatz to others
• Demonstrate your appreciation for guests by sincerely thanking them for their visits and their business
• Proficient ability to comprehend and to follow Company policy and procedures
• Working ability to operate Point of Sale computer system
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach with arms / hands and lift merchandise weighing up to 10 lbs. from ground level to minimum height of 4 feet
• Ability to move throughout the café unassisted to provide guest service or perform tasks in any part of the café for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or move objects and displays (up to 50 lbs.), bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands, and climb ladders
• Ability to comprehend and comply with all Clean Eatz policies and procedures including, but not limited to, those related to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, respectful workplace, guest service expectations and ethical responsibilities
• Working knowledge of computerized cash register system preferred

• Must be able to provide genuine and friendly assistance to every guest during every visit
• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Meet team member performance expectations, including attendance, dress, and grooming requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
