About the job

As a painter at Clean Cut Painting LLC, you will complete a variety of painting projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence while leading a skilled and growing team to deliver outstanding results. We specialize in cabinet finishing and exterior and interior residential re-painting work. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every project reflects our client's vision, enhances their spaces, and delivers an unparalleled customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Participate in creating and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Manage work pace to deliver an on-budget project.
• Take instruction and apply the information as directed to achieve the highest quality finish.
• Consistently improve pace, product and industry knowledge, efficiency in work methods, and understanding job flow.
• Exhibit company core values
• Exhibit proper painting techniques.
• Adheres to company policies.
• Be able to prepare and paint surfaces and areas with little direction.
• Adhere to company policy.
• Attend training and team meetings
• Be current with all safety measures and conduct themselves accordingly.
• Make sure all personal tools are operational and onsite daily.
• Report any broken or damaged equipment to crew leader immediately.
• Report any property damage or injury immediately to Crew Leader.
• Solve challenges creatively using personal experience and company best practices.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
