Franklin Painting LLC is currently hiring for a full-time Experienced Painter with 3-5 years of experience to accomplish various professional paint jobs for our Farmington, CT clients. This position earns $20-$29 an hour, based on experience level. We are local industry leaders in this essential skilled trade and believe that hard work can also be fun.

During late Fall, Winter, and early Spring, the workweek consists of five days, each with 8 hours per day. In contrast, during late Spring, Summer, and early Fall, the workweek consists of four days, each with 10 hours per day.
As one of our Experienced Painters, your ability to safely move, climb, and work from extension ladders allows for productive workdays. You work well with a team during all aspects of residential interior and exterior projects, including prep, paint, and clean up. Whether brush painting or paint spraying, we truly rely on you to assist in the overall success of our business!
Compensation level & advancement is based on productivity (work planning/ output) and willingness and ability to manage others.
