Clean Cut Painters is a growing residential painting and finishing company in Bozeman and Belgrade, MT with five field crews of W2 painters and a wood finishing shop. We need a leader who runs production across several open job sites at once, builds crew leads who own their jobs, and runs the work from the numbers and the calendar.

The role: lead crew leads in weekly meetings, own labor efficiency (budget vs actual hours on every job), see problems a week out, communicate on a rhythm, and protect the client experience across every active job. This is a full-time leadership role, not a painting role.
Who we want: a proven leader of W2 hourly crews across multiple job sites, ideally in painting, restoration, remodeling or another multi-crew home service. Technology first. A multiplier, not a rescuer: you delegate and hold people accountable. Direct, clear, timely and organized. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; based within 30 minutes of Bozeman.
