What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead your crew with confidence. Create daily plans, assign tasks, and set clear expectations.
- Drive performance. Keep jobs on schedule and within budget — hit your numbers, earn more money.
- Maintain quality control. Ensure every job meets company standards for prep, finish, and customer satisfaction.
- Coach your team. Support newer painters, give feedback, and help everyone improve their craft.
- Communicate clearly. Be the bridge between the field and the office — manage updates, materials, and client communication.
- Protect and maintain equipment. A clean, organized job site is your signature.
What It Takes to Win Here
- Proven painting experience (interior & exterior)
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to read, understand, and execute to budgets
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
