We are looking for a dedicated Lawn Care Crew Lead to head a two-person crew, take full ownership of their route, and maintain a standard of precision that is second to none. No previous experience is required—we hire for attitude and train for skill.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28.00 per hour
- Pay Cycle: Paid weekly

- Note: This position does not include Health, Dental, or Vision coverage.
Schedule & Year-Round Stability
- Main Season: Monday – Thursday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Enjoy a consistent 3-day weekend!)
- Full-Time Tenure: This is a year-round position. We do not lay off during the off-season; our crew transitions into specialized tree and winter services.
Core Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance: Lead the execution of all professional mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal.
- Team Leadership: Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members to foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Equipment Stewardship: Take absolute ownership of your gear; Proactively inspect and ensure all equipment is ready before leaving the yard.
- Safety First: Lead by example by strictly adhering to all protocols to prioritize the safety of your assistant, our clients, and the public.
Year-Round Services
As a Crew Lead, you will oversee and execute high-level maintenance across all seasons:
- Spring & Fall Cleanups: Lead thorough property refreshes, including leaf removal, debris clearing, and prepping landscapes for the changing seasons.
- Bed Maintenance: Ensure garden beds remain pristine through professional weeding, mulching, and detailing.
- Tree Services: Direct the safe and efficient execution of tree trimming and tree removal projects.
- Winter Snow Removal: Lead snow removal operations for high-priority accounts, ensuring client properties are cleared and safe in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
- An innate love for hard work and uncompromising attention to detail.
- A strong, positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
- The ability to manage a crew (one assistant) effectively.
- Reliable transportation to the yard and a valid driver's license.
- Previous experience is not required. We prioritize candidates with a strong work ethic, personal integrity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
