NOW HIRING — Luxury Vacation Rental Cleaning Professionals
Clean and Fresh Kona is growing and we’re looking for motivated, reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team serving beautiful vacation homes throughout Kona and Waikoloa.
This is not your average housekeeping position. We specialize in high-end vacation rentals and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences through hospitality-level cleaning and presentation.
What we offer:
- Competitive pay starting at $25/hour during training
- Raises to $28-$30/hour based on performance and experience
- Daytime hours (typically between 9:00am–4:00pm)

What we’re looking for:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift supplies and remain active throughout the workday
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Previous cleaning experience is appreciated but not required — we can train the right person
