We are seeking a Janitorial Area Manager for our Cincinnati market to oversee our cleaning operations across multiple sites. This role is essential in upholding our reputation for high-quality service and ensuring that our team meets the diverse cleaning needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Strong dedication to ensuring our employees are satisified.
- Manage and supervise janitorial staff across various locations.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning standards and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain service quality.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
- Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Help control labor, supply & direct costs by utilizing reports and analyzing data trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment preffered.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
- Excellent time and priority management skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the cleaning industry.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
