INSIDE SALES –CleanAir Express
We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will work primarily on
maintaining and growing existing business relationships. Air monitoring and industry experience
is preferred.
Daily activities include:
- Support new and existing customers.
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business development opportunities.
- Provide information on product details, pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Assist customers with the ordering process.
- Create price quotes.
- Take, enter, and process orders.
- Update customer account information.
- Monitor open orders.
- Provide post-sale support.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Provide status updates on open orders to customers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and complaints as they arise.
- Escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Willingness to adapt to a modified role when necessary.
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Inside Sales or Business Development Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite.
Must pass drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record review. Must have
a valid driver's license.
