Clear Lakes Dental provides exceptional care in preventative, restorative and other dental services in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. Started in 2017, we currently have two office locations – Robbinsdale & East St Paul – with more offices to open during 2023.

Enthusiastic, passionate team members We are a dental practice that treats patients of all ages. Currently, we are searching for a full time Unlicensed Dental Assistant. DAs will enjoy the excitement of a high quality, fast paced practice. We have a strong team. Best of all, there is NO prior dental experience or license needed and we provide 100% fully paid training

Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00. Incremental raises based on performance (not time) up to $18.50. Plus, we have a bonus program that is unlimited.

• Typically, our high performing team members get promoted to the next level within 3-6 months.

Responsibilities 

• Assistants hand instruments and materials to providers and keep patients' mouths dry and clear by using suction or other necessary devices. 
• Assistants help sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare trays of instruments for dental procedures, and instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Assist in note taking and updating patient dental records.
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse patients.

These are the main responsibilities, but there will be other duties as well. All of this is completed in a team environment CLD team members are patient and organized so that they smoothly sort out potential obstacles in a timely manner, creating a calm environment for the patients, the team and yourself
