We are always looking for enthusiastic, passionate team members We are a dental practice that treats patients of all ages. Currently, we are searching for full time Patient Care Coordinators (PCC). This may be an entry level position, but this is where it starts Team Members who learn our systems ADVANCE CLD is growing quickly and offers individual promotion opportunities for a lasting career for our team members-Typically, our high performing team members get promoted to the next level within 3-6 months. Compensation:- Starting pay of $16 We have incremental pay up to $18.50 and unlimited bonus on top of that- Pay is based on portrayed skill length, not length of time at any company or experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Schedule appointments appropriately
- Verify all insurance as needed via online or phone
- Contact patients as necessary for follow up appointments
These are the main roles. All of this is completed in a team environment CLD team members are patient and organized in order to smoothly sort out potential obstacles in a timely manner, creating a calm environment for the patients, the team and yourself
