Position Summary: The Production Team Members will be responsible for supporting and serving their assigned department, safely building high quality homes to specification, while exceeding the facility’s key production targets and maintaining a strong company culture. Production teams ensure that all homes meet sales orders, prints, specifications, and building codes, while ensuring a high-quality standard in a timely manner. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Team members may work in a variety of production roles including General Construction, Framing, Cabinet Build/Installation, Trim Installation, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Installation, Sheetrock Installation, Roofing, Shingling, and Siding Installation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assemble, build, and fabricate materials in the home building processes.
- Operate all hand tools, power tools, machinery and equipment used to complete home building processes.
- Crosstrain and perform work in multiple departments in the production process.
- Lead by example in attendance, safety, quality and production.
- Establish adequate production pace to meet line roll and production schedules.
- Demonstrate continuous willingness to learn, grow, and gain understanding as a leader in our organization.
- Promote company culture, teamwork, quality goals, and adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Assist other departments as needed by productions schedule.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Department Manager/Production Mangers.
- Perform materials handling duties
- Operate forklifts for moving materials and products
- Maintain a steady flow of production by working in tandem with various team members.
- Ensure manufacturing and quality performance standards are maintained.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess versatility and willingness to cross train and transfer into various departments when necessary.
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Displays positive attitude and confidence.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
- Accepts and implements coaching and advice from leaders and management.
- Knowledge / Experience within the Manufactured Homes, Manufacturing Environment or Construction Industry.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools (Nail Guns, Utility Knife, Ladders, Saws, etc.)
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Must be able to push, pull, bend, walk, stand, climb, and lift at least 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed.
