The Painter will be a part of the Paint department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs on a continuous basis and the ability to stand throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. This role will be expected to paint 4-6 floors per day. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments.
This role requires an eye for detail to make the exterior of the house beautiful for our customers. Prior painting experience in a recent role preferred.
This is a level ALPHA role , $24.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way to BRAVO level pay over the first 30 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.
