Primary Job Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles without incident
Assists guests with any personal belongings, if requested (may require lifting up to 30lbs)
Promote good customer relations by providing service with a friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and a smile
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all standards and procedures.
Uses and maintains valet equipment properly, including keeping the gear and work area clean and organized
Observe and practice safety precautions at all times
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license
Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check - no felonies
Must have a clean driving record within the last 3 years
Must pass a driving and parking test
Consistently display safe driving practices and a complete understanding of vehicle basics
Must be available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events
Abide by HIPAA regulations at all times
High school diploma or GED
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
Always maintain a professional appearance
Must be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
Able to perform physical activities such as running, bending, and lifting up to 30lbs
Must be able to work in all elements (i.e. rain, snow, sunshine)
Reliable transportation or understanding of MetroBus/MetroLink schedule
Must exhibit great customer and patient service
Tattoos must be concealable
