Clayton Services is searching for a Parts Inside Sales Associate to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Parts Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and providing post-sale support to customers .
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hour

Parts Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Reorder any inventory or recurring parts immediately.
- Sell parts to existing customers over the phone or via email.
- Maintain the inventory of the products sold by recording the inventory parts and monitoring the stock levels of the parts.
- Utilize the company's software system to quote, invoice, and track shipments.
- Engage with past customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an "Open Orders " sheet daily.
Parts Inside Sales Associate Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
Parts Inside Sales Associate Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or a GED certificate is required.
- HVAC or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Previous parts/inventory experience is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
