Clay Royalty Cheer Athletics is looking for a motivated and reliable Tumbling Instructor to join our growing program. We are a fast-growing cheer and tumbling gym that prides itself on creating a supportive, hardworking, and family-like environment for our athletes.Schedule:Monday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PMTuesday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PMOptional: 2 additional hours on another day of your choiceOpportunity for private lesson availability for additional incomeResponsibilities:Lead and instruct tumbling classes with up to 8 athletes per classTeach proper tumbling technique, progressions, and safetyWork independently to run structured classesEncourage athletes and build confidence while helping them reach new skillsCollaborate with our close-knit coaching staff to support athlete developmentQualifications:Experience with tumbling instruction (walkovers, handsprings, etc.)Strong knowledge of proper progressions and spotting techniquesAbility to manage a class independentlyPositive attitude and ability to work well with a teamReliable and passionate about working with young athletesWhat We Offer:Supportive and positive gym cultureOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding programAdditional earning potential through private lessonsIf you’re passionate about helping athletes gain confidence and new skills, we’d love to hear from you!
