Non-CDL Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Non-CDL Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to support both delivery and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for delivering doors and building materials to customers while also assisting with loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials within the warehouse.
Driving & Delivery Duties:
- Deliver doors, windows to customers.
- Verify orders for accuracy prior to departure and at delivery.
- Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist with unloading materials at customer locations.
- Maintain delivery paperwork and required documentation.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep assigned truck clean.
Warehouse Associate Duties:
- Load and unload trucks by hand or forklift.
- Pick, pull, and stage materials for outgoing deliveries.
- Organize and identify finished goods and inventory.
- Assist with receiving inbound shipments and checking in materials.
- Support production and warehouse departments as needed.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one).
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, climb, balance, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of non-CDL box truck driving experience.
- Forklift certification.
- Prior warehouse, material handling, or building supply experience.
