Clay County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our Rural Health Clinic team. This PRN position supports a team of Family Practice Providers, helping deliver high-quality care to patients in our family medicine clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Room patients and obtain vital signs, assessments, and other relevant clinical information
Relay patient needs professionally and accurately
Manage the preparation and ongoing updates of medical records
Assist with clinical documentation and manage patient forms
Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative support to the provider
Maintain a calm, professional demeanor to protect patient privacy and promote positive health outcomes
Requirements:
Certified as a CNA, Medical Aide, or Medical Assistant (must be in good standing in Kansas)
Prior clinic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to confidentiality and a welcoming, patient-centered environment
Proficient with basic computer tasks and electronic medical records
