Hyundai of Sherman is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Warranty Administrator to assist our service team in preparing, recording, and submitting claims to the factory and/or the distributor. An exceptional Service and Warranty Administrator should be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills to guarantee reconciliation of all dealership claims.

Role Responsibilities

Claims Processing and Compliance Adherence:

• Oversee warranty claims and guarantee all documentation is complete and accurate as required by the warrantor. The Warranty Administrator will ensure all labor adhere to the company, factory, and manufacturer policies and requirements.
  
  

Liaison, Problem Solving, And Record Keeping

• Address customer inquiries regarding warranty claims status and resolve concerns throughout the process. The Warranty Administrator will maintain accurate records of customer information, product specifications and replacements.
• Research into customer service and product issues to determine the appropriate action necessary. The Warranty Administrator will collaborate with technicians, service personnel, and manufacturers to facilitate and reconcile warranty claims.
  
  

Employee Prerequisites

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer and mathematical abilities including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are needed to calculate invoices.
• Automotive warranty administration knowledge required. Pay based on experience.
