Required:
- Minimum of associates degree and five years experience as a registered nurse
- Bachelors degree and three years experience
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Valid New York State registered nurse license.
- Successful completion of both BLS and ACLS courses
TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
- Patient care experience in multiple practice settings desirable
- leadership experience preferred.
