As the company continues to expand its AI-focused strategy, we are looking for an Investor Relations & Media Relations Manager who can understand our business, communicate our story clearly, and help us build stronger visibility with investors, media, industry partners, and the broader market.
About the Role
We are looking for a strong communicator who is familiar with, or willing to quickly develop a deep understanding of, our three business directions: AI tutoring / AI agents, robotics, and NeoCloud GPU infrastructure.
This person will help translate our strategy, partnerships, product updates, and business milestones into clear and compelling external messaging. The ideal candidate should be articulate, confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with reporters, investors, potential partners, and industry contacts.
This is not just a writing role. We need someone who can speak well, pitch well, think commercially, and represent the company professionally in external conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of KIDZ AI’s three core business lines: AI tutoring / AI agent, robotics, and NeoCloud GPU infrastructure
- Help craft and communicate the company’s public market narrative across AI education, agentic AI, robotics, and AI compute
- Proactively reach out to media outlets, journalists, podcasts, industry publications, and conference organizers
- Pitch company news, executive interviews, thought leadership topics, strategic partnerships, and industry perspectives
- Support investor relations communications, including investor decks, talking points, FAQs, company updates, and shareholder messaging
- Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, executive quotes, interview briefs, investor updates, and corporate announcements
- Prepare senior executives for media interviews, investor calls, conferences, and external meetings
- Speak confidently with external stakeholders and help explain the company’s business model, strategy, and growth opportunities
- Monitor market trends, AI infrastructure news, EdTech developments, robotics updates, competitor announcements, and public company communications
- Identify media angles and investor-facing stories that can improve the company’s market visibility
- Coordinate with management, legal counsel, PR agencies, investor relations advisors, and strategic partners on public communications
- Track media coverage, investor feedback, and market perception
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in investor relations, media relations, public relations, corporate communications, financial communications, journalism, capital markets, or business development
- Strong verbal communication skills; must be comfortable speaking with media, investors, partners, and senior executives
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability, especially for press releases, media pitches, investor materials, and executive messaging
- Ability to quickly understand and clearly explain complex businesses, especially across AI, cloud infrastructure, robotics, and education technology
- Familiarity with public company communications, capital markets, Nasdaq-listed companies, or investor relations is strongly preferred
- Existing relationships with financial media, technology media, AI reporters, business journalists, or investor communities are a plus
- Strong commercial sense and ability to identify what is newsworthy, marketable, and strategically important
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with frequent updates, tight timelines, and cross-functional communication
- Bilingual Mandarin and English is a plus

This person should not only support communications internally, but also actively open doors externally — including media interviews, industry coverage, conference opportunities, investor conversations, and strategic visibility.
