Working for a prestigious Real Estate Firm, as needed for coverage during the week and possibly on the weekends. located in NYC.
Reporting to Marketing, Operations and Sales Director, the On-Site Coordinator is responsible for successfully maintaining the appearance and basic office operations of the new development sales office. In order to maintain consistent quality at the on-site office of a New Dev development project, the On-Site Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Office Director to ensure accurate reporting occurs at the project so that New Dev directors and management can effectively and efficiently run a successful development. The responsibilities for this position include reception, administrative support for On-Site Salesperson(s), and preparing status reports on a daily basis.
Essential Functions:
• Open and close sales office.
• Maintain appearance of sales office and model units.
• Ensure office equipment [including phones, computers and printers] is in working order.
• Review on-site sales office check list and order office supplies when needed.
• Proactively communicate with Sales Office Director and Operations regarding site problem.
• Greet visitors and ensure proper registration procedure.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for prospective purchasers.
• Maintain calendar for On-Site Salesperson(s).
• Assist in special events and promotions [i.e. open houses, private parties, etc.]
• Update New Dev database with daily traffic and prospective client reports.
• Prepare daily reports.
