Countertop Install Technician - Pittsburgh

Overview

Classic Rock Fabrication is seeking dependable, motivated Install Technicians to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting with the delivery and installation of high-quality countertops while ensuring adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, comfortable with physically demanding work, and enjoys working as part of a team. Previous countertop installation or construction experience is preferred but not required.

Install Technician (Entry to Mid-Level)

Install Technicians support the countertop installation process and work alongside experienced team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload countertops, backsplashes, tools, and installation materials

• Assist with countertop installations following company quality and safety standards

• Utilize basic construction, installation, and fabrication tools

• Assist with measuring, positioning, leveling, and securing countertops

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

• Represent the company professionally while working at customer locations

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Compensation

• Install Technician: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Work Environment

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work

• Exposure to varying weather conditions

• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, carrying, and standing for extended periods

• Travel to residential and commercial job sites as required

• No experience required; construction or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
