We are currently seeking a motivated, hard-working Plumber’s Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and the ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within the company. We offer competitive pay, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead plumber in various plumbing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
• This is a fun and interactive job that is different every day!
• Learn and apply plumbing techniques and best practices under the guidance of the lead plumber.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Carry and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project completion.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to further develop plumbing skills.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a physically demanding position.
• Must be ok with getting dirty.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools is preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be physically able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects and equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
