We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sheet metal fabrication shop. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong management abilities.
Duties:
- Manage the overall operation of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a aheet metal fabricatio
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
