Classic Kitchens and Baths in Greenfield, MA is now looking for a Receptionist/Design Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have 2 years experience in a customer service position and a naturally friendly demeanor as they will be the first point of contact for customers and contractors who call and visit our showroom. Duties include but are not limited to; greeting customers, answering phones, showroom tour guide, checking in various types of orders, and researching products to prepare quotes and documents for designers. Must be self motivated and have adequate computer skills. Must possess problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and stay organized. Work experience and knowledge of the kitchen and bath design industry is a plus. This position may include Saturdays and has the potential for 25-35 hours/week depending on individual qualifications.
