Introduction
Classic GraniteMarble has a 98,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fabrication and production facility with an award-winning showroom located conveniently off I-288 and Midlothian Turnpike. We carry an inventory of over 9000 slabs including 300 different colors in our indoor facility. We handle all projects from beginning to end, which includes laser templating, CAD, fabrication, and installation.

Our clients include both residential homeowners and building contractors, and candidates need to not only be able to interface between our clients, but also between the various departments and employees.
Job Summary
The P.O. Sales Specialist is responsible for reviewing and entering all contractor purchase orders (P.O.) into our propriety software. This position works closely with Project Managers to ensure all new jobs are entered efficiently and effectively. This individual should be a highly motivated, multi-tasking, goal getter who is able to juggle various priorities, projects, and deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Reads, analyzes, and understands contractor purchase orders and sales agreements
- Ensures contractor purchase orders and sales agreements contain correct language and proper documentation
- Enter all contractor and customer purchase orders into proprietary software
- Ensures purchases orders entered into proprietary software matches the P.O. correctly (countertop color, edge profile, sink, faucet, pricing, etc.)
- Maintain working knowledge of open orders
- Work closely with project managers to understand various contractor accounts and the purchase order process
- Manages contact information and reference lists
- Perform proactive and consistent follow up with all leads, clients and projects
- Additional duties and tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Preferred education: 2-year degree
- 2 years' experience in sales, lead management, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Basic math skills, including square footage calculations

Base Salary up to $5,000 in potential bonus and incentives
