Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic space for all occupants.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
- Carry out custodial tasks such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and functionality.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning activities as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance of various floor types is advantageous.
- Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
