Shift may extend to 4:30 PM required Saturdays

Overview
AdeptHR is seeking an experienced
Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
to join our team in Port Wentworth, GA. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, proven equipment operating experience, and the ability to maintain accuracy while working independently. You will support inventory operations, perform counting and verification tasks, and ensure warehouse standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Reach Truck and/or Order Picker equipment
- Perform inventory control duties such as counting, verifying, and documenting product
- Ensure accuracy in labeling, scanning, tracking, and recording inventory data
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support extended shifts and required Saturday overtime during peak season
- Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of Reach Truck operating experience (Order Picker experience also accepted)
- Experience working in Inventory Control
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with frequent counting and verification tasks
- Flexibility with extended hours during peak season and Saturday OT
