This is a high call volume and fast paced role, this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, and customer follow up

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a high volume customer support or sales setting
- Willing to work in-person at our Matthews office
- Previous experience in a construction, home services, or real estate setting
- High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
- Experience with Appfolio Property Management software required
- Experience in Property Management required
