Responsibilities
General Handyman & Trade Work
- Complete residential maintenance, repair, and improvement projects efficiently and professionally
- Perform work related to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, and basic electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot problems independently and recommend effective solutions for customers
- Maintain high-quality workmanship across all assigned projects
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and timely service
- Represent the Ace Handyman Services brand positively on every job site
- Manage daily job assignments and travel between customer locations
- Maintain organized tools, materials, and work vehicles
- Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
Must Have
- Previous experience working in skilled trades or handyman services
- Knowledge of multiple trades including:
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Painting
- Drywall
- Flooring
- Basic electrical work
- Current valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance
- Own standard set of tools
- Ability to pass background and driving record checks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
- Experience working independently in customers' homes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
