Your Role:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, families, and staff members

• Answer incoming phone calls, route calls appropriately, and take messages

• Assist with visitor check-in and direct guests to resident rooms or departments

• Support office staff and departments with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

• Uphold confidentiality and provide excellent customer service at all times

• Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere within the facility

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a team-oriented healthcare environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Professional, dependable, and personable individual

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using basic office technology and phone systems

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred but not required
