Responsibilities
- Manage all leasing operations, including leads, tours, applications, and renewals
- Consistently follow up with prospects to convert leads into residents
- Support marketing initiatives to improve occupancy and resident retention
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address tenant inquiries on-site
- Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, work orders, and unit turns
- Maintain accurate documentation in property management systems
- Collaborate with Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and all housing regulations
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and organized office environment
- 3 years of leasing experience in multifamily/apartment communities
- Experience working at properties with 100 units
- 3 years using property management systems (Yardi, OneSite, etc.)
- Experience with lead management tools (RentCafe, Knock, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and housing operations regulations
- Organizational excellence and strong attention to detail
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
