Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe environment at all times. Work independently or collaboratively to meet project deadlines. Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Communicate clearly with clients and team members. Follow all safety and company procedures while using company-provided tools and equipment.RequirementsMust live within daily commuting distance from McFarland, WI. 2–5 years of experience in residential remodeling or related carpentry work. Skilled in drywalling, insulation, trim, flooring, painting, and installing doors, windows, and cabinets. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Must be self-managed, organized, and reliable. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
