Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro-mechanical equipment
- Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Service equipment including cash registers, coin changers, alarms, and POS systems
- Complete service requests and maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings
- Utilize testing devices, hand tools, and power tools
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Travel overnight 30–40% for installations, repairs, and upgrades
- Maintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile tools
Must Have
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and be a strong problem-solver
- Strong attention to safety and adherence to safety protocols
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Ability to travel 30–40% overnight
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Proficiency with computers and smartphones
- Ability to travel and possessing air travel documents, i.e., REAL ID, Passport, etc.
- Experience with POS systems (Verifone, NCR)
- Experience working with alarm systems
- Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment
- Ability to complete service requests professionally and efficiently
- Ability to review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings
- Experience using testing devices, hand tools, and power tools
- Willingness to support installations/upgrades in other regions
