Responsibilities
Day-to-Day
- Travel to various sites to troubleshoot and repair fuel dispensers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Replace hanging hardware and diagnose complex electrical or mechanical failures
- Manage your own service calls and document work accurately
- Ensure all repairs are completed to code and safety standards
- Become a technical subject matter expert over time
- Participate in regular training to keep certifications current and expand knowledge of facility systems
- Build trusted relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable support
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience or formal trade schooling in mechanical, electrical, or computer fields
- Hands-on experience with Wayne or Gilbarco fuel dispensers
- Prior experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) installation or repair, specifically Verifone systems
- Experience or working knowledge of computer networking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record with commitment to rigorous safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs

Salary : $47,840 - $79,040
