This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Big Spring, TX. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential property, including managing leasing processes, ensuring tenant satisfaction, addressing maintenance requests, and optimizing property performance. The role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Property Manager will also develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates, maintain property condition, and foster a strong sense of community among residents.
- Strong property management skills, including leasing, tenant relations, and team supervision
- Proficiency in facility maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
- Knowledge of fair housing laws, lease agreements, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
