Class 1 Inventory is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, organized, and dependable Accounting & Administrative Manager to join our team full-time, on-site in Southlake, TX.
We’re a fast-growing surgical supply distribution company specializing in OEM surgical disposables. We support hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities nationwide — and we pride ourselves on running a fast, organized, high-accountability operation.
This is a high-trust role for someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership, and wants to become a key part of a growing business. You’ll work directly with leadership and help keep the internal side of the company operating smoothly and efficiently.
🔹 Responsibilities Include:
• AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and bookkeeping support
• QuickBooks management and financial organization
• Payroll coordination and administrative support
• Employee onboarding and HR documentation
• Office organization, vendor coordination, and workflow management
• Helping improve internal systems and day-to-day operations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office administration, executive support, or similar roles
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills and dependable work ethic
Bonus points if you’ve worked in healthcare, distribution, logistics, or a growing small business environment.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• $55,000–$75,000 depending on experience
