About The Role

Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents in a community-based treatment environment
- Coordinate care and services for assigned clients
- Link clients and families to appropriate community resources
- Collaborate with family members, DCS, court personnel, and non-relative supports
- Support identified behavioral and emotional goals for clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews as required
- Ensure services are delivered in a competent, ethical, and client-centered manner
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic, community-based treatment environment
- Experience coordinating care with multiple systems including child welfare and court systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
