About Your Role
Working under the supervision of the Area Director, the Regional Coordinator is responsible for supervision and coordination of all clinical and financial aspects of their assigned region. This role provides oversight of Managers, Coordinators, Team Leaders, and regional administrative staff. The Regional Coordinator also serves as a liaison with referring agents, ensures compliance with quality management standards, and oversees the delivery of clinical and operational services in alignment with Clarvida’s mission, policies, and procedures.

Does the Following Apply to You?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5 years of related experience and/or training, licensure preferred
- Experience working in social services or non-profit organizations
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability to manage teams and programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail
