About Your Role:
As a Residential Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective planning, management, and evaluation of 24-hour services, including Developmental Disability and Addiction and Mental Health programs. You will oversee all program operations to ensure high-quality care and service coordination, providing supervision and support to Program Administrators, Program Managers, and Certified Support Providers. In this role, you’ll guide the development of individualized plans and support documents, coordinate services, monitor progress, and maintain client records. Working closely with program administrators, managers, and teams, you’ll coordinate supports, conduct training, and oversee quality assurance and technical assistance activities for all staff to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Does the following apply to you?
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in Developmental Disabilities/Mental Health or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Satisfactory employment history and State criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and active vehicle insurance
